The Mid-States Morgan Horse Club is pleased to offer a Scholarship to all AMHA Region 5 Youth. A $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to the winning applicant, who must meet the following criteria:
- Age 17-21 years
- A current member of AMHA and a Region 5 Local Club.
- Must have a 3.5 or better cumulative grade point average
- Submit a 250-500 word essay written by the applicant on his or her involvement with the Morgan Horse, which will be judged by our Scholarship Panel.
Scholarship forms and applications are due by May 23rd, 2016 and the winner will be announced in June at the Prairie State Classic Horse Show.
